Four-hands with Corney & Barrow
V Dining welcomes Chef Paul Longworth, Chef-partner of 1-Michelin Star, Rhubarb Le Restaurant, for a one-night only takeover. Chef Paul, supported by Head Chef of V Dining, Lee Jing Peng; will take diners through five courses of contemporary and innovative delights for dinner. Gastronomes are able to savour the delectable epicurean creations. Each dish will also be paired with wines masterfully selected by Corney & Barrow, the first traditional wine merchants to establish a wine broking operation.

We invite you to take a trip down memory lane as we recreate classic and nostalgic delights into unique and modern creations. Nine sweet and savoury delights will be complemented by artisanal teas from Tea Forte or bubbly from Deutz Champagne.

Joining the world’s top chefs as Global Ambassador of V-ZUG in 2017, Chef Ryan is involved in the menu development and product launches for the brand. In 2019, he took on the challenge to create a modern-European, casual fine-dining restaurant, using V-ZUG’s ultra-high precision, professional-grade kitchen appliances.
