Four-hands Dinner with Chef Ayo Adeyemi
V Dining welcomes Head Chef of Tippling Club, Ayo Adeyemi, for a one-night-only takeover on Thursday 17 October. Supported by Head Chef Lee Jing Peng; they’ll take diners through five-courses of contemporary and innovative epicurean delights for dinner.
Each dish will be paired with a wine masterfully selected by WEA Wines, a specialist in fine French wines.

High Tea: Herbs & Spices
Become a master of seasonings at V Dining with our new high-tea menu. Pastry Chef Joe Leong, fuses a unique collection of spices with contemporary cooking to prepare deliciously exotic mashups of sweet treats, with savoury selections by Head Chef Lee Jing Peng.

Joining the world’s top chefs as Global Ambassador of V-ZUG in 2017, Chef Ryan is involved in the menu development and product launches for the brand.
