Four-hands Dinner with Chef Miller Mai
Former colleagues reunite for one night as we welcome Head Chef of Ding Dong, Chef Miller Mai to cook alongside Head Chef of V Dining, Chef Lee Jing Peng. Together, they will take diners through six-courses on an experiential journey of culinary and libation surprises. Each dish will be paired with small boutique sake chosen by the Sake Sommelier Maria Satoh of Orihara.

Become a master of seasonings at V Dining with our new high-tea menu. Pastry Chef Joe Leong, fuses a unique collection of spices with contemporary cooking to prepare deliciously exotic mashups of sweet treats, with savoury selections by Head Chef Lee Jing Peng.
