Four-hands with Galiena Wines
V Dining welcomes Chef Alain Devahive, Chef and Co-Founder of Olivia Restaurant and Lounge, for a one-day only takeover. Chef Alain, supported by Chef Lee will transport diners through the richness of Barcelona’s dining scene through home style Catalan-inspired dishes which marry traditional cooking methods with modern sensibilities. The wine theme for the dinner will be Hidden Estate from Chapoutier — a collaboration with Galiena, a wine and spirit merchant with a selection of over 500 fine wines.

We invite you to take a trip down memory lane as we recreate classic and nostalgic delights into unique and modern creations. Nine sweet and savoury delights will be complemented by artisanal teas from Tea Forte or bubbly from Deutz Champagne.

Joining the world’s top chefs as Global Ambassador of V-ZUG in 2017, Chef Ryan is involved in the menu development and product launches for the brand. In 2019, he took on the challenge to create a modern-European, casual fine-dining restaurant, using V-ZUG’s ultra-high precision, professional-grade kitchen appliances.
